Complete Motor Repair Capabilities
CAPACITY:
Approximately 30,000 sq ft shop area, 40,000 lbs. overhead crane capacity.
EQUIPMENT:
Equipped with state of the art equipment for small & large electric motor repair, to include a modern large machine shop in house. Much of the equipment is computer operated and generate reports. Some major equipment of interest is listed below.
- ACS Master Motor Shop software, excellent motor history recovery.
- S&W PLC automatic DIP & BAKE system for small motors up to 400 hp & 600 volt.
- 8 ft. diameter VPI system with B7-619 EPOXY resin, to include burn off & bake ovens.
- One 15,000 lb. & one 35,000 lb. computerized DYNA BAL balancing machines.
- 600 lb. Electronic controlled BABBITT POT. We pour babbitt bearings in house.
- 200 amp NICKEL PLATING machine.
- Engine lathes from12” to 87” swing up to 20’ length.
- Many small milling machines and one ea. large 3” & one 4” horizontal boring mills.
- One 20” Madison grinder with a 42” magnetic rotary table.,
- 600 hp. DYNO, electronically interfaced with our Phenix report writer ( 4 hr.full load ).
- Computerized PHENIX TEST PANEL 0-7200 Volts. Will run 3500 hp AC & DC motors.
- CSI vibration analysis system using RBMware Gold.
- Q.C. final check list on repair work.
MATERIALS:
Premium quality only. All winding materials are class H except the leads, which are class F.
Magnet wire: 0-600 volts for most AC applications, we use INVERTER DUTY.
For DC and some severe duty AC applications, we use GLASS OVER FILM.
TRANSPORTATION:
We have over 30 vehicles in our fleet from ½ ton to 80,000 lb., late model tractor & 35 ton lowboy trailer.“YOU call we HAUL” Some of our small route trucks have 3000 lb hoist.
WAREHOUSE:
15,000 sq. ft. with over $3.5 million in new motor inventory from ¾ to 600 hp, including the I-EEE- 841, SEVERE DUTY with two IMPRO seals, 5 to 200 HP.
WARRANTY:
We provide a standard one year warranty on materials and workmanship.
