Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Electrician (journeyman or equivalent) to join our team who is committed to providing industry-leading customer service and quality work. This position will require troubleshooting production equipment (generators, motors, switches, starters, control panel wiring) using electrical and mechanical aptitude. It will also require flexibility with regards to working conditions. Regular travel to jobsites across the US will be required and some of these projects may require longer stays until completion. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, focused on detail-oriented workmanship and a team player. Must be honest and have the highest integrity, personable and customer focused, have a professional appearance and a willingness to consistently go above and beyond.
 

Job Duties:

1. Connect electrical power to industrial equipment.
2. Determine wiring layouts.
3. Install brackets and hangers.
4. Bending, threading, and installing rigid conduit.
5. Install, replace and repair electrical equipment.
6. Pulling and installing wiring throughout structures.
7. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
8. Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
9. Repair, install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators and reactors.
10. Troubleshoot and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.
11. Ability to work late hours and, occasionally, at remote jobsites for up to 2 weeks at a time.
12. Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds.
13. Regularly work between the hours of 7 AM – 4PM.
